The idea was simple in the beginning. Original founders of the beloved Chez Piggy Restaurant, Rose Richardson & Zalman Yanovsky, wanted to open a small bakery to provide hand-made bread that would sufficiently complement their restaurant’s menu. From that small seed, grew Pan Chancho Bakery & Cafe ~ a dazzling European style bakery, a gourmet food shop and a dine in cafe.

The bustling retail store provides shoppers with artisanal breads, pastries, cakes and delectable desserts; gourmet grab and go deli items such as daily soups, sandwiches, pizza, salads and frozen goods; a fantastic array of local farm fresh produce ~ cheese, eggs, milk, greens, sausage and bacon, imported olive oil, olives + our very own line of frozen meals.
